What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
By entering their personal data and confirming (by clicking) acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy and the terms of use of personal data, the Buyer enters into a contractual relationship which forms the basis for the purchase of products and services selected by the Buyer on the website www.ami-lovrekovic.hr, as defined in the Purchase Terms (pre-contractual information). A.M.I. COMMERCE – LOVREKOVIĆ d.o.o. shall, when required for the execution of a contract for the purchase of products or services ordered by the Customer, share the Customer’s personal data with goods distribution service providers with whom it has a permanent agreement, for the purpose of fulfilling orders, delivering parcels, and sending postal and e-mail communications.
The delivery service provider may request to inspect the Customer’s personal identification document upon delivery of the parcel during personal collection of the goods, for the purpose of completing the delivery service and recording the identity of the person who received the parcel. If the Customer refuses to provide this information, the parcel will not be handed over.
Payment methods
Bank transfer payment
When selecting this payment method, you will receive a pro forma invoice to your e-mail address containing all the necessary payment details, including the account number to which you should transfer the order amount. You can then make the payment using internet banking or in the usual way you pay your bills – via a bank, post office, FINA, or similar.
Upon receipt of the payment, we will send you the ordered products.

Data relating to purchases made via the web shop will remain stored in the invoice for the respective purchase in accordance with other legal obligations.
The User has the option to submit a deletion request in every notification received from A.M.I. COMMERCE – LOVREKOVIĆ d.o.o. via e-mail, or may send an e-mail to info@ami-lovrekovic.hr stating that their personal data should be deleted.
