All changes to the General Terms and Conditions are binding for users. For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the Supplier (Seller) of goods offered on this website is A.M.I. COMMERCE – LOVREKOVIĆ d.o.o., Maksimirska 100, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 55326209639, MBS: 080048914, while the Buyer is any visitor of the online store who selects at least one product, completes the electronic order form, and submits it to the Seller.
All prices displayed in the online store www.ami-lovrekovic.hr are stated in Croatian kuna (HRK) for end customers (VAT is included in the prices). Prices, payment terms, and promotional offers are valid exclusively at the time of ordering and may be changed without prior notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not always fully correspond to the actual products in all details. Due to individual monitor settings and differences in human colour perception, we cannot guarantee full accuracy of product colours as seen on the user’s screen compared to the actual product colours.
Ordering and Registration
Products can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are placed exclusively through the online store interface at www.ami-lovrekovic.hr. The use of the online store www.ami-lovrekovic.hr is available to both unregistered and registered users who are of legal age and fully legally competent. During the registration process, registered users are required to provide the requested information. Each registered user receives a username and password, which are confidential. Registered users are obliged to keep their username and password strictly confidential. If a user suspects any unauthorised use of their username and/or password, they are responsible for all costs incurred through such use until they notify A.M.I. COMMERCE – LOVREKOVIĆ d.o.o. via the contact details published on the website regarding the suspected unauthorised use.
The user is also responsible for all unlawful activities authorised and performed under their username and/or password.
The Buyer agrees that purchases made through the online store www.ami-lovrekovic.hr are carried out in such a way that the Buyer selects available products based on product images and basic product descriptions.
The ordered products shall be paid for by cash on delivery, by one of the credit cards enabled for payment in the online store www.ami-lovrekovic.hr, or based on the Order Confirmation sent by the system to the e-mail address provided in the order, by general payment slip, bank transfer, or internet banking.
If the Seller does not receive confirmation of successful credit card payment (sent by the Payment Gateway system), or payment to its business account within a maximum of 2 days (or the first working day following that period) from receipt of the order—when the Buyer has chosen payment by general payment slip, bank transfer, or internet banking—the order shall be considered cancelled by the Buyer.
Automated messages (order confirmation, notification of order status changes, or order cancellation) are sent to your e-mail address; therefore, please ensure that you provide a valid and active e-mail address so that all necessary information can be delivered to you.
At the moment the order is received, A.M.I. COMMERCE – LOVREKOVIĆ d.o.o. shall notify the Buyer electronically via e-mail that the order has been received, i.e. that the product has been ordered.
A.M.I. COMMERCE – LOVREKOVIĆ d.o.o. undertakes to deliver all ordered and paid products that are available in stock at the time of delivery. If the Seller is unable to deliver one or more of the ordered products, the Buyer will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery time for the products that are not available.
Upon receipt of such notification from the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller by e-mail whether they wish to receive a partial delivery of the order, accept a new delivery timeframe for the complete order, or cancel the entire order.
If the Buyer has paid for products that are not available at the supplier’s warehouse by credit card, the Seller shall reduce the charged amount by the value of the products that cannot be delivered, or cancel the full transaction in case the Buyer cancels the order.
If the Buyer has paid the order amount for products that are not available at the supplier’s warehouse via bank transfer, general payment slip, or internet banking, the Seller shall immediately refund the value of the products that cannot be delivered, or refund the full amount in case the Buyer cancels the entire order.
Payment methods
Payment methods when purchasing via the online store www.ami-lovrekovic.hr are as follows:

The online store www.ami-lovrekovic.hr provides the highest level of security when making payments via the Internet.
The cash on delivery payment option allows you to make the payment upon delivery to your address. Cash on delivery is not available for personal collection at the supplier’s warehouse. Cash on delivery is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
In the event that the recipient is unable to receive the shipment at the agreed delivery address, the courier will leave a delivery notice.
When paying via internet banking, you will receive a pro forma invoice to your e-mail address with all the necessary payment details, including the account number to which the funds should be transferred. The payment can be made using internet banking or through standard payment methods such as banks, post offices, FINA, or similar institutions.
Upon receipt of the payment, the supplier shall deliver the paid products.
Delivery
For orders up to 250 HRK, the delivery fee is 25 HRK. For orders over 250 HRK, delivery within the Republic of Croatia is free of charge, regardless of the quantity and type of ordered goods.
For orders up to 500 HRK, the delivery fee is 75 HRK. For orders over 500 HRK, delivery within the Republic of Slovenia is free of charge, regardless of the quantity and type of ordered goods.
On the day your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a notification of the delivery of your order to the e-mail address provided during registration. Since almost all products in the offer are delivered from current stock, most orders will be delivered within the next three to five days, depending on the place of residence.
If the goods are not available, the Seller shall inform the Buyer (in writing or by telephone) about the expected delivery time. The Buyer may then accept the new delivery time or cancel the order.

Products are delivered via transport companies providing shipping services. Products are packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged during normal handling in transport.
Upon receipt of the products, the Buyer is obliged to check for any possible damage and immediately report it to the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if external damage is visible. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
The Buyer is required to sign the delivery note upon receipt of the goods, which the delivery service uses as proof of acceptance.
The goods are insured against loss during delivery, and if the Buyer does not receive any notification or delivery from the Seller within 7 days of placing the order, they must inform the Seller so that the Seller can ensure the shipment is located or send a replacement.
